The Society founded 1984, aims to encourage and assist members in the study of Genealogy and promote the study of the history of Swan Hill and district and the preservation of historically significant objects.
Our Comprehensive Library includes hundreds of titles in Fiche, Book and Digital form.
Meetings
The Society holds regular monthly general meetings with Guest Speakers or topics of interest relating to Genealogy or History.
General meetings are held at 7:30pm on the second Friday of each month (with the exception of January), at the Swan Hill Regional Library. Entry is from the rear of the building.
Committee meetings are held at 7:30pm on the forth Wednesday of each month (with the exception of January), at the Swan Hill Regional Library.

Library Volunteer Members are available in our room at Swan Hill Regional Library each Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 10a.m. and 3.00p.m. to assist new researchers.
